Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, prices, availability, and images accurately. Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or adjust an order where a material error has occurred.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Our current payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected when the order is delivered.

Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. We may contact you to confirm order details, delivery information, or availability before fulfillment.

Delivery

Delivery is available across Lebanon. Standard delivery is $4, with free delivery on orders of $50 or more. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days in Beirut and 3–5 business days outside Beirut. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for more information.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
